Student Empowerment

We are committed to helping students develop the skills and qualities that support lifelong success in school, work, and life, including perseverance, self-regulation, social awareness, confidence, and self-advocacy. By empowering students with the agency to make decisions about their learning, achieve meaningful goals, and speak up for their needs, we foster a sense of ownership, purpose, and belonging. When students are encouraged to use their voice, they feel seen, respected, and capable of shaping their own personal and academic growth, preparing them to become engaged learners, effective collaborators, and positive contributors to their communities and future workplaces.

Students can use a variety of forms to share their successes, request support, advocate for their needs, report bullying, and acknowledge the kindness of others.
